Our Classes

Transformation through mindfulness and movement. Every class is taught with the most unique Pilates experience in Toronto.

We use a variety of methods including Classic Pilates, Fletcher Pilates, Stott Pilates, and Alexander Technique. Our instructors come from diverse backgrounds and bring something special to every session.

Reformer

Reformer class uses the reformer machine, invented by Joseph Pilates. This equipment uses springs to provide the body with resistance — working with and against you to build deep, functional strength.

If you want a nice butt, flat abs, great posture, strong arm muscles, and to feel like a million bucks — this is the class for you.

Mat

You will love Mat class because it is performed lying down! The exercises were brilliantly put together by Joseph Pilates and help your muscles get stronger, longer, and more flexible.

Mat is the foundation of all Pilates practice — mastering it unlocks everything else.

An easy and relaxing class set to soothing music. Over the course of one hour we find ways to loosen tightness in interesting and creative ways.

You will leave with newfound flexibility, a clearer mind, and a renewed sense of positivity.

This is a hard class — but it is also loads of fun! Set to current music, we use tubing to work the arms and weights for the legs, while giving the abdominal muscles a thorough workout.

While we solve the problems of the world, we also build serious strength. Come ready to work and ready to laugh.
